The Real Estate Digest
I am pleased to introduce my weekly column, the Real Estate Digest. I am a real estate broker and attorney who has practiced in the Pioneer Valley for the past 20 years. By participating in both residential and commercial transactions, I understand the issues affecting real estate from the perspective of all parties involved in the transaction. These parties include the seller, buyer, seller’s broker, buyer’s broker, banks and/or mortgage companies, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors and lawyers.
